For casual bites, The Peninsula Boutique and Café serves a range of freshly prepared items. Canton Blue and its adjacent Little Blue bar offer an innovative fusion of Chinese and British influences, while the upcoming rooftop restaurant, Brooklands, will highlight Modern British fare from Michelin-starred Chef Claude Bosi.
Coming in November, The Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre will offer a comprehensive wellness journey. For avid shoppers, luxury boutiques on the ground floor will open before Christmas. Additionally, the hotel will soon unveil versatile event spaces, including the grand St George Ballroom and a private cinema.
