Four Seasons has announced plans to extend its Egyptian collection with a new hotel and residential community in New Cairo Capital, a new hotel in Luxor, and additional private residences at the existing Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Sharm El Sheik.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty, set within 185 hectares (460 acres) of verdant parkland and surrounded by lush gardens, is anticipated to open in 2025 with 346 luxury rooms and suites and private residences comprising 107 villas and 80 luxury residences.
The villas will be reminiscent of Egyptian palaces and feature rooftop gardens and private pools. Dining options include a waterside restaurant at the centre of the property with additional private dining and al fresco outlets found throughout the property. Facilities include a spa and state-of-the-art fitness centre, an array of tennis and multi-sport courts, and the Hotel’s ballroom and outdoor event lawn space can accommodate large and small events.
Four Seasons Hotel Luxor will be located just south of the Luxor Temple in one of the world’s greatest ancient city destinations and will include 200 guest rooms and suites, each with views of the Nile River, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. Set to open in 2025, the Hotel will feature several restaurants and bars, a spa, multiple swimming pools, fitness facilities, luxury retail outlets, a young adults centre and a Kids For All Seasons program. The property will also feature expansive meeting and event spaces.
Since opening 20 years ago, Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Sharm El Sheikh has been one of Egypt’s most celebrated resorts and has now doubled in size following an extensive enhancement project seeing 69 new luxury accommodations, twelve new culinary concepts, additional fitness and tennis facilities, a golf course and entry to one of the world’s best dive sites.
