Europe's busiest airport - Heathrow - has introduced a full English breakfast using only British ingredients - which is cooked with oil that is then recycled into renewable biofuels.
In conjunction with celebrity multi-Michelin-star-winning chef - Heston Blumenthal - "The Fly Up" is available now at Terminal 2's The Perfectionists' Café.
The GBP 15.95 breakfast is aimed to increase understanding of SAF - sustainable aviation fuel - as it plays a key role in hitting Net Zero by 2050.
SAF is more expensive to produce than conventional jet fuel but Heathrow operates an incentive scheme which halves the price gap.
Last November, Virgin Atlantic operated the first transatlantic flight by a commercial airline using 100% SAF - flying from Heathrow to New York.
